Participation costs

Exhibitor's fee:

Exhibitor's fee of EUR 140 includes: organization work, stand security, basic entry in the Forum Catalogue and 1 copy of the Catalogue requested number of participant badges and complimentary tickets, 1 invitation ticket to the Come Together event.

Exhibition space cost:

Space incl. stand construction: EUR 180/sq.m.
Includes: wall panels, carpet, fascia panel with company name (no more than 15 symbols, font standard), 1 plug socket 220V, 2 spotlights, 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 trash can, cleaning, power supply.
Indoor stand space incl. carpet and power supply: EUR 170/sq.m.
Draft of individual design stand is negotiated with Organizer.
Indoor stand space only: EUR 161/sq.m.
Draft of individual design stand is negotiated with Organizer.
Outdoor space: EUR 37/sq.m.
Ground in front of the exhibition pavilion entrance

Minimum area required is 6 sq. m.

If stand area is more than 10 sq.m., participation of 1 delegate in the Conference A is free.
